CONCEPT -

$80ph. Overall Concept or Masterplan, detail not provided. Necessary drawings to convey concept, estimated cost of project. Research and site visits.

LANDSCAPE PLAN -

Upon approval of concept. $80 ph.

Where applicable, Detailed scale plans , showing - site works, roads, water, irrigation, drainage, landscaped areas, power and lighting, planting schedule, approvals to council specifications if necessary. Research and site visits, phone calls, and meetings and input from necessary bodies, such as engineers and trades .

LANDSCAPE PLAN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

$80 per hour or %15 of overall expenditure, whichever is greater. Retainer $1500.

Landscape plan. Selection of appropriate trades, sourcing of materials, oversight of the project to completion.

* Travel, $80ph over 15k’s from PO Byron Bay
